Order Confirmation – After you are finished placing your order you will receive an email from our server indicating that we received the order and its details. Order Pick-up – You will be given a maximum of thirty (30) days after the date of your order to pick-up your items in the "Bodega de Méndez" you selected. It is very important that you bring an official ID so that we can verify your identity. If you do not pick-up the order before the established 30 days, your order will be cancelled and the heikens deducted from your account will NOT be replaced. Order fulfillment – During the regular calendar year we commit ourselves to processing and shipping all orders within 72 hours that they are received in our server. This does not apply to orders payed with e-checks (which require time for the funds to clear) nor during the Christmas season. Remember, the warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Shipping details – In order to provide shipping alternatives to our customers we've partnered with several shipping companies that offer different prices and shipping time: USPS, IslandWide and Federal Express. Please know that pricing and shipping time policies are established by the shipping company and they are calculated based on the ordered product(s) size, weight and shipping destination. If you order more than one product and one or more is in backorder, we will ship the available product first and the subsequent one(s) will be shipped once it/they become(s) available at no extra shipping cost to the client. Exchange policy – We accept the exchange of items that have not met your expectations. You have 7 days after you receive the product to return it to our shipping address (PO Box 363348 San Juan, PR 00936-3348).
